How can I stop email alerts being sent?

Friends and family can register to receive email alerts every time that a Blogaboo.com member site is updated. If a recipient for email alerts decides that they no longer wish to receive alerts then there is a link at the bottom of their emails which they can click to unsubscribe. Clicking this link will immediatly stop emails being sent to that email address.
